What is the difference between being a member & a user?A member has purchased a membership and has access to the full capabilities of the platform. They are able to add friends and family into their communities and create the accountability group of their choice. A user is not a paying member. They are someone who has been added onto the platform by a member. They do not have the ability to add others into the members community.

What happens if I am a user and my member cancels their plan?You have options! Either sign up with your own membership and join the fun of inviting others to join your community, OR you can find another member and ask to be placed under their membership.

What equipment do I need for home workouts?For best results: resistance bands or dumbbells / stability ball / pull up bar / and a jump rope. However these are not necessary as common household items will suffice. These items include milk jugs, water bottles, stuffed pillow cases, etc.

Is there an option to go back and forth between THE gym and home workouts?Yes, you will be able to switch in between the gym and home workouts to fit your schedule and availability.

How long are the workouts?Depending on your intensity, focus, and expertise, anywhere from 30 min - 1 hour. We believe a solid resistance workout should take about 45 minutes.

How does YMovement work?Simple. You select a membership option that best fits your needs. You invite others into your community at no cost to them for added support, accountability and fun. Then, you all get to work!

Is there a cancellation fee?Can I cancel at any time?No, there is no cancellation fee and you can cancel at any time. Canceling prevents your account for auto-renewing at the next billing date. For information on refunds, please view our Terms and Conditions.

Is YMovement available through the app store?Though there is not an App currently available, our website is considered a web-based app. This means it functions like an app on mobile devices. Many of our members save or add the log-in website to their home screen for easy access.

When a new YMovement program is released, are the old guides still accessible?"No. The old program will go away, and the new program will be available in your YMovement portal. Keep it fresh!

As a paying Member, can I add anyone I want to my account?"Once you create a YMovement Member account, you will see how many “spots” you have left in your membership. This number indicates how many YMovement “Users” you may invite. Anyone may become a YMovement User and all you need to do is send that individual an invite to their personal email to create an account and get added to your community.

Can I access YMovement on my smartphone?The YMovmenet.net site is very user - friendly for both computer and phone display! Make sure you save or add the log-in website to their home screen for easy access.

Do I have to commit more than a month if I want to become a YMovement member?YMovement is very transparent about our memberships. YMovement members do not need to commit to any sign up fee or contract. YMovement charges per month and Members are able to cancel their account at any time. We do not prorate monthly rates based on cancellation.

Can anyone use YMovement material?YMovement prides itself on being accommodating to all walks of life. From our fitness guides ranging from “Beginner” to “Advance” movements, to diet friendly Recipe guides, anyone who is using YMovement material will find value!
